Last-Minute Bookings
You can book our services up to 1 hour before the desired pick-up time, subject to availability.
Advance Bookings – Recommended
While we accept last-minute bookings, we highly recommend booking in advance -especially during peak season - to ensure vehicle availability and preferred time slots.

You can book through our online form, or via phone. Instant confirmation will be sent for all bookings.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. That’s why we aim to offer a flexible and fair cancellation policy for all our services.
Full Refund 
Cancel 48 Hours in Advance You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of your service (transfer, tour, or chauffeur booking).
No Refund 
Less Than 48 Hours Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund.
How to Cancel 
To cancel your booking, please contact us via phone. Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within a few working days, depending on your payment method.
